More than thirty years ago, as Cincinnati was facing exceedingly high dropout rates, concerned community and school leaders created a game-changing model for intervention and founded Cincinnati Youth Collaborative.
We empower vulnerable children and young adults to overcome obstacles and succeed in education, career, and life. We believe that with the right support and resources, all children can achieve their full potential.
CYC has created a pathway to success for over 160,000 disadvantaged students in our community. We are the first local organization to actively engage the business community in the advocacy and support of vulnerable youth. As a strong collaborator with United Way of Greater Cincinnati, the City of Cincinnati, Southwest Ohio Region Workforce Investment Board, and the Strive Partnership
united with Jobs for Cincinnati Graduates, we offer capacity for growth and improvement in programs, organizational structure, and fiscal efficiency — resulting in better outcomes for the students we serve.
